Early access

Vonteva is in early access. The site describes products and ideas that may change, be delayed, or never ship. Requesting access registers your interest and lets us contact you; it is not a purchase, a contract for service, or a guarantee of availability or pricing.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in ways we don't authorise.
• Submit only your own, accurate contact information.
• Don't use the site for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The Vonteva name, brand, copy, and design are ours. You may view and share the pages, but you may not copy, resell, or pass them off as your own.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any described feature will be released.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vonteva is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the early-access program.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
