Privacy Policy

Vonteva is a portfolio of financial tools for solopreneurs and digital nomads. This policy explains what we collect while the product is in early access, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Email address — when you request early access, we store the email you submit and the page (source) it came from.
• Basic usage data — standard server and analytics logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) used to operate and measure the site.

We do not yet process payments or financial account data; this policy will be updated before any such product launches.

How we use it

• To notify you about early access, launches, and product updates you signed up for.
• To understand which ideas resonate and prioritise what we build.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site.

How it's stored and shared

Early-access signups are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore). We use a small number of processors to run the site and measure advertising — currently Google (Firebase, Google Ads) and our font and hosting providers. We do not sell your personal information. We use the Google Ads API to create and manage advertising campaigns for our own products on our own Google Ads accounts; this does not involve managing any third party's data.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@vonteva.com. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.

Data retention

We keep early-access details until you ask us to remove them or until the program ends and the data is no longer needed.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
